If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of your delivery date, for a full refund, minus the cost of return shipping.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:
Please contact our Customer Support team to initiate a return. Please include your order number, preferred contact method and any additional details.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted; such as item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts, is returned more than 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and include the original packaging and all included parts. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, we will provide you exact shipping instructions.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time by the issuing bank before a refund is posted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the unit is determined to be defective. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Order Cancellations:
Sorry we cannot cancel orders after they have already been placed. If you are unsatisfied at all you can send it back to us for a full refund within 30 days.
Order Adjustments:
If your shipping address or contact details are incorrect, please contact us and we will try to submit your requests prior to shipping, if received in time, but please note that we cannot guarantee any changes once it has been processed.
